I'd like to think I was Usain Bolt, when really I am more like Usain Halt. I will automatically love something if it is pink and glittery. I wish I looked like Mila Kunis.
Recently I lost 30lbs. Here to motivate you girls, and to recieve motivation to lose those last few lbs. 105lbs here I come

Slimspiration

 

I'm still getting used to being slimmer. I couldn't imagine life at 140lbs again, squeezing into US size 8 pants, not being able to say no to an extra portion of food, hating the idea of going on a run. Now I love running; I embrace it. I can't wait to up my milage, and I actually get jealous of seeing other runners when I am not on a run. Trust me girls, once you turn round your life and become healthy you'll look back and wonder why you never changed earlier. Now it is just easy for me to grab a banana or have a bowl of museli when I'm hungry as opposed to chips or chocolate. I love inspiring people to be healthy now, so if you ever feel like any motivation - I'm here, so feel free to send me a message or a chat to ask for advice. I've lost almost 30lbs (7lbs to go till I hit my goal, and I'm in no rush to hit it) and I'm managing to maintain it without thinking - must be doing something right, eh?

Some of you girls are doing amazingly though, but if you ever feel down, here are some motivational quotes:

 

Print these out and stick them on your walls. Remember that even by doing the right thing, eating more healthily and trying to lose weight, you are making a difference. Don't beat yourself up if you've over eaten. Just fix it and eat less the next day.
I'm here for all of you. Yes, I've had a bit of a rant about people being unhealthy about losing weight but that's only because I know in the long run it never works. As someone who has literally tried everything when it comes to diets, I finally have found something that does work and I've finally managed to keep my weight off! I'd really love to help you all. 
That said I'm not finished with my weight loss journey quite yet, so you girls probably have things to teach me too!

You know how much I love your posts. Your definately right this is a long journey and short things do not work. I think before we started speaking through here I was still under the impression I could do it all quickly but you really really can't. Can't wait for you to get to your gw too, your such a little inspiration and amazing motivator!

You're getting lower already! When you get under 200lbs you'll have to do another before and after :) :)

awww thanks! British girls helping one another! You're doing fab too, plus as we are both dead short people will see a loss of 10lbs really obviously! I'm happy to give you advice about how to do healthy at uni, 'cause the LAST thing you wanna do is miss out on all those boozy nights :)

I had a phase like that! It was so annoying, I was on a big plateau or I'd fluctuate by like 1lb. Just try switching up what you eat or changing your exercise routine, that worked for me :) x
