| | I'm still getting used to being slimmer. I couldn't imagine life at 140lbs again, squeezing into US size 8 pants, not being able to say no to an extra portion of food, hating the idea of going on a run. Now I love running; I embrace it. I can't wait to up my milage, and I actually get jealous of seeing other runners when I am not on a run. Trust me girls, once you turn round your life and become healthy you'll look back and wonder why you never changed earlier. Now it is just easy for me to grab a banana or have a bowl of museli when I'm hungry as opposed to chips or chocolate. I love inspiring people to be healthy now, so if you ever feel like any motivation - I'm here, so feel free to send me a message or a chat to ask for advice. I've lost almost 30lbs (7lbs to go till I hit my goal, and I'm in no rush to hit it) and I'm managing to maintain it without thinking - must be doing something right, eh? Some of you girls are doing amazingly though, but if you ever feel down, here are some motivational quotes: Print these out and stick them on your walls. Remember that even by doing the right thing, eating more healthily and trying to lose weight, you are making a difference. Don't beat yourself up if you've over eaten. Just fix it and eat less the next day. I'm here for all of you. Yes, I've had a bit of a rant about people being unhealthy about losing weight but that's only because I know in the long run it never works. As someone who has literally tried everything when it comes to diets, I finally have found something that does work and I've finally managed to keep my weight off! I'd really love to help you all. That said I'm not finished with my weight loss journey quite yet, so you girls probably have things to teach me too! Keep strong everyone! xoxoxo |
